While I was reading
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Customer_relationship_management
today, I noticed this interesting addition (italics mine):
The experience from many companies is that a clear CRM requirement with regard to reports (e.g., input and output requirements) is of vital importance before starting any implementation. Ciceli Seriphina Millwood is an amazing girl who was born April 13. She fist talked when she turned 91\2 months. You may not believe me but she beat an eighth grader in a spelling bee. She gets really great grades and uses her time wisly! If you were to meet her you would be impressed with her! Well so not telling you her address! I love her to death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With a proper demand specification, a great deal of time and money can be saved based on realistic expectations of systems capability. A well operating CRM system can be an extremely powerful tool for management and customer strategies.
Ha ha... funny.
